The first-ever virtual National Economic Council (NEC) meeting presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo held in Abuja on Thursday, May 21, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, Premium Times reports.
Following the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, the meeting which was the fourth for the year 2020 was anchored from the Yellow Room, the office of the vice president.
Legit.ng gathered that Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed the minister of finance was present while the state governors joined the virtual meeting from their states.
