Africa-Press – Nigeria. The Federal High Court, Kaduna, has affirmed the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Senator Uba Sani as the substantive candidate for the 2023 election in the state.
After two adjournments for the ruling on a case seeking the nullification of Senator Uba Sani as Kaduna APC gubernatorial candidate, the court affirmed Uba Sani as the standard bearer of the party for the 2023 election.
Delivering his judgement, the presiding Judge, Justice Mohammed Garba Umar, struck out the case for contravention of the provision of the National Judicial Council policy direction.
