Africa-Press – Nigeria. President Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha, have mourned the death of a family friend, Hajja Nafisatu Galadima Aminu Usman.
Buhari expressed grief over the death of Usman, whom he described as a “sincere trusted family member.”
The deceased is the wife of Lt. Colonel IG Usman, ADC to former President Shehu Shagari.
However, Buhari, in a message to the family of the deceased, Adamawa royal family, government and people of the state, expressed “profound sympathy and condolences.”
The message signed by his spokesman, Garba Shehu, the president said Hajia Nafisatu was “a sincere, trusted and tireless family friend who gave her total support to the first family.’’
The President prayed that Allah would accept her soul and look after the family she left behind.
