Africa-Press – Nigeria. Suspended Special Adviser to the Benue State Governor on Documentation, Research, and Planning, Aondona Mkor, is set to be arraigned before the Federal High Court in Lafia on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

Mkor was arrested on June 20, 2025, in Makurdi by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Makurdi Zonal Directorate, following allegations of sextortion, cyberbullying, and blackmail.

According to sources, multiple female students petitioned EFCC, accusing Mkor of exploiting his position to coerce young women into sexual acts under the guise of offering them ushering jobs.

The petitioners alleged that Mkor secretly recorded sexual encounters and used the footage to blackmail the victims, threatening to leak the videos if they refused further sexual advances.
