Some news just reaching Africa Press says the National Caretaker Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP has suspended Senator Buruji Kashamu.
Sources said his suspension is to last for the period of one month.
It would be recalled that the Senator Representing Ogun East Senatorial District has been having a running battle with the current leadership of the party since his ally Senator Ali Modu-Sheriff lost out from relevance.
Attempts to discipline Senator Kashamu have not been successful in the past as he always frustrated them through several litigations.
Senator Kashamu bid to hold grip of the Ogun State chapter and indeed the South- West has also not been successful.
