Africa-Press – Nigeria. Enyimba forward Izuogu Chibueze has assured the club’s fans that the team is ready for Sunday’s clash against Morocco’s Wydad Athletic Club.
George Finidi’s side will be up against the Red Devils in their inaugural game in the competition at the Enyimba Stadium on Sunday.
“We promise our fans we are going to do our best at the inaugural edition of the African Football League,” Chibueze told Enyimba’s media.
“The mentality in the team’s camp is very high, the confidence is very high, and everyone is preparing to get a win on Sunday.”
