Africa-Press – Nigeria. Former Arsenal striker, Kevin Campbell has handed his former club names of two players to sign after Gabriel Jesus.
that Jesus is all set to be unveiled as an Arsenal player after the completion of his £45 million move from Manchester City.
The Brazilian international has already undergone his Arsenal medical earlier this week after agreeing on a deal to join Mikel Arteta’s side this summer.
However, Campbell wants Arsenal to sign another midfielder like Leicester City’s Youri Tielemans and another alternative striker following the arrival of Jesus to Emirates.
“They have got to fix the midfield, it needs more goals, it needs more creativity, hence [Youri] Tielemans,” Campbell told talkSPORT.
“I still think Arsenal needs an alternative striker, a big striker, someone who, when teams bank up and it’s not going so well, someone who you could fire crosses in, and he can get on the end of it.
“I think Arsenal have missed that change of alternative in the setup and the flexibility of Jesus as well means he could start as a nine or he can play wide, he’s comfortable anywhere.”
