Africa-Press – Nigeria. Lobi Stars chairman Dominic Iorfa said he believed the future of the Nigeria Premier Football League is bright.
Iorfa said that with the calibre of players on parade at the NPFL U-17 Youth League, the future of the top flight is safe.
He encouraged clubs to preserve the talents discovered during the competition for the future.
“With what I watched here, there’s no doubt that we have abundant talents in Nigeria,” he told Lobi Stars Media.
“With the crop of players from this centre, the Nigeria Football Federation can pick players that will represent and win trophies for Nigeria. They’re good enough to achieve that.
“I hope to see some of the players in Lobi Stars colour playing for the main team in the next two years.”
