Africa-Press – Nigeria. The super falcons of Nigeria has defeated their Cameroonian lioness by two goals to nil, at the international friendly played at the MKO Abiola Sports Arena, Abeokuta on Tuesday.
Captain Rasheedat Ajibade scored in nineteen minutes through a penalty after being brought down by a Cameroonian defender.
In the fourty third minutes, Ajibade coolly converted from a beautiful assist from the left flank by Babajide Omorinsola to record a brace.
The Cameroonians fought hard in the second half but the solid defence marshaled by the duo of Payne Antoinette and Isah Sikiratu were too good to allow any goal.
