NPFL: Boboye set to replace Dogo at Wikki Tourists

Africa-Press – Nigeria. Kennedy Boboye is in line to replace Kabiru Dogo as head coach of Nigeria Premier Football League club, Wikki Tourists.

Dogo resigned from the position on Tuesday following the Bauchi Elephants’ poor start to the campaign.

The former Sunshine and Lobi Stars gaffer cited interference and lack of support from the club’s hierarchy as reasons for his action.

Boboye, could be appointed the new head coach of the team in the next couple of days.

The former international left Awka United last season after guiding the Promise Keepers to their first league title in the 2020/21 campaign.

Wikki Tourists occupy the last position in Group B of the NPFL table after picking just one point from their opening four games
