Africa-Press – Nigeria. Rangers midfielder Austin Onyemaechi is confident the Coal City club will lift the Federation Cup this season.
The Flying Antelopes will take on Bendel Insurance in the final of the 2023 Federation Cup at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.
The Rangers talismanic midfielder said the determination, motivation, and zeal in the players will see them overcome the Benin Arsenals, who have been on a roller-coaster ride since the start of the season.
“No doubt, Insurance is a great side and has been in fine form since the start of the season but we have our work cut out for us and that is to be crowned champions,” he told the club’s media.
“Motivation from management coupled with self-motivation from every player in the team as well as the determination to write our names in the sands of time shall propel us to get our targets right in the final match.
“We are not bothered about Bendel Insurance unbeaten run we just depend on ourselves and target.”
