Africa-Press – Rwanda. On October 28, 2025, in an emotional and inspiring event held in the Gacaca sector of Musanze District, Hope and Homes for Children Rwanda officially inaugurated the Ubumwe Community ECD centre in partnership with CANAL+ Rwanda. The new centre is designed to provide children living with disabilities with access to education, essential care, and entertainment.

With the capacity to welcome up to 150 children per day, the new centre marks a major step towards inclusion and equal opportunity for all. It offers a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and dream freely because every child deserves to live, dream, and be happy.
