Africa-Press – Rwanda. The Chairperson of the African Union Commission H.E Moussa Faki Mahamat was deeply shocked and saddened at the news of the tragic passing of H.E. President Seyed Ibrahim Raisi and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E Dr Hossein Amirabdollahian and their companions in an air accident.
The Chairperson extends his sincere condolences, deep sympathy and the solidarity of the African Union to the bereaved families and the Supreme Leader and Leader of the Islamic Revolution, His Eminence Sayyed Ali Khamenei, to the Iranian government, and the brotherly Iranian people during this time of deep sorrow and loss.
