Officials from the bank said they recognize the importance of convenience in today’s fast-paced world, and that the pioneering service center model stands as a testament to the bank’s dedication to enhance customer experience and foster financial inclusion for all.

Loan requests
Equity agent services
Card/Cheque book requests
Money deposits
The service center model, like the Equity agent service network, embodies Equity Bank Rwanda’s commitment to convenience and inclusivity, ensuring that financial services are readily available to meet the evolving needs of the communities and businesses in Rwanda and across the region.
