The launch of the campaign took place on May 19 in Burera District.
Since its establishment in 2014, Irembo Ltd has been at the forefront of digitizing government services in Rwanda, streamlining service delivery by government officials and public institutions, and fostering a more efficient and citizen-centric approach. Through their flagship platform, IremboGov, citizens can securely and conveniently access over 100 government services, eliminating the need for long queues and time-consuming paperwork.

This groundbreaking campaign will showcase the latest digital innovations and advancements in public services, highlighting the incredible potential for technology to enhance the lives of citizens.
The core focus of BYIKORERE is to empower citizens to take charge of their service interactions with government institutions. The campaign recognizes that citizens are not just passive recipients of services but active participants in the digital transformation of the public sector.
BYIKORERE will provide citizens with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to access and navigate government services independently throughout the campaign. Engaging workshops, informative sessions, and interactive demonstrations will equip citizens with the skills to utilize digital platforms for their service needs confidently.
