Africa-Press – Rwanda. On Monday August 30, a Rwandan businessman, Theoneste Dusabimana 52, was found stabbed to death at Kibumba parish Karujanga sub county in Kabale District, Western Uganda.
Local sources say the deceased was killed by unidentified individuals after they robbed him money worth Rwf1 million. He was with three persons in Kabale where he has been working.
The deceased’s body was still at the scene of crime by press time. Sources told Taarifa that Uganda Police intervened, but no arrests had been made yet.
Rwandans increasingly continue to become targets of hostilities both by Ugandans and the Uganda’s security operatives. Hundreds of innocent Rwandans have not only been arbitrarily beaten, kept incommunicado and tortured, but also being murdered gruesomely. The two countries’ relations remain frosty due to Kampala’s hostile stance against Rwanda.
