Africa-Press – Rwanda. KIGALI – Imara Properties has announced the launch of The ONE Residence, a new prestigious residential development near some of the most iconic places of Kimihurura in Kigali.
The project introduces a selection of only 20 exclusive and luxury apartments and two penthouses to the city’s housing market. Some are already booked. It aims at redefining the concept of “luxury” in Rwanda.
The development is characterised by its focus on spacious units and high-end specifications: one-bedroom apartments of 91sqm, two-bedroom apartments of 145sqm and 155sqm, and three-bedroom apartments of 214sqm.
The apartments will be outfitted with what the developer describes as luxury materials and finishes. The target market appears to be professionals and investors seeking properties in exceptional location, with integrated services and true space.
Inspired by Dubai or Singapore real estate, amenities within the building will include a heated swimming pool, a fitness room and billiard room, a shared workspace, a meeting room, a concierge, and a laundry service. The company will also provide property and rental management for owners.
In a statement, the Managing Director of Imara Properties, David Benazeraf, commented on the project’s intent: “The ONE Residence is conceived not as a commodity, but as a carefully crafted address that prioritizes architectural excellence and exclusivity for a discerning clientele,” he said.
The development enters a market increasingly focused on exclusive high-end, service-oriented residential properties.
