Africa-Press – Rwanda. Rwanda Defence Force Army Chief of Staff (ACOS), Maj Gen Vincent Nyakarundi has attended a symposium of Army Chiefs of Staff in Rennes, France, focused on peace, security, and youth commitment.
Later, according to an RDF post on X, he held bilateral talks with his French counterpart, Gen Pierre Schill and attended a graduation ceremony at Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan Military Academy.
At the graduation ceremony, he met with a Rwandan Cadet Furaha Jean Paul Kabera, who is currently completing his first year at the academy.
