Africa-Press – Rwanda. President Paul Kagame on Thursday, June 13, received outgoing Russian Ambassador to Rwanda, Karén Chalyan, at Village Urugwiro, for a farewell meeting as the diplomat concludes his tour of duty.
In June 2018, the Russian diplomat was one of the envoys that presented their letters of credence to President Kagame and pledged to strengthen the existing bilateral relations between Rwanda and their respective countries.
