Africa-Press – Rwanda. President Kagame, in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief of the Rwanda Defence Force, on Monday addressed over 6000 officers and other ranks from the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF), the Rwanda National Police (RNP), and the Rwanda Correctional Service (RCS).
The meeting, which took place at the Gabiro Combat Training Centre located in Gatsibo district, coincided with the graduation of over 400 officers who concluded their respective military career courses.
