Kwibuka 31: Winner Rwanda honours Genocide victims at Kigali memorial

Africa-Press – Rwanda. As part of the 31st Commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, Winner Rwanda, a company operating in the gaming and betting industry, visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial to pay tribute to the innocent lives lost during the tragedy.

This activity took place on May 9, 2025. During the visit, the staff toured different sections of the Kigali Genocide Memorial and received educational briefings on history. After the visit, the management and staff of Winner Rwanda laid wreaths in remembrance of the victims.

In a message delivered by the management, Winner Rwanda stated that the memorial is “a place of dignity that preserves the truth of history and educates future generations on how to prevent such a tragedy from ever happening again.”

Following the visit, Winner Rwanda’s leadership offered a donation to support the memorial in its ongoing activities.

Visiting the memorial reflects a firm commitment to the vow of “Never Again” by actively fighting genocide ideology and promoting unity and peace in the country.
