Africa-Press – Rwanda. Musanze – Twenty-five military, police and civilian personnel from Rwanda, Somalia and Uganda, attended a regional training entitled “Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) Course” at the Rwanda Peace Academy (RPA) from September 4-8.
The one-week course was organized in a partnership between the Rwanda Peace Academy and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).
Col. (Rtd) Jill Rutaremara, the Director of the Rwanda Peace Academy, presided over the official closing.
