Africa-Press – Rwanda. The Chief of Defence Forces of the Uganda People’s Defence Force (UPDF) Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba arrived in Kigali on Thursday, March 20.
Gen Kainerugaba was welcomed at Kigali International Airport by Gen Mubarakh Muganga, the Chief of Staff of Rwanda Defence Force (RDF).
The Ugandan military chief was last in Rwanda in August 2024.
Then, he and Gen Muganga discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries’ militaries.
