AS Kigali lifted themselves up and eventually got the equalizer through Erisa Keith Ssekisambu in the 32nd minute.

It was generally a great game with both teams exhibiting quality football.

It is early days yet but the performance of Amagaju against Rayon Sports and AS Kigali all in away encounters has shown that teams who underrate them do so at their own peril.

Other Games

Elsewhere at the Ngoma Stadium on Sunday, Muhazi FC struggled again. They were held to a goalless draw by Marines FC.

Muhazi are lying bottom of the table with three points from five games.

They have scored just once in five games and it was through Ghanaian central midfielder Joseph Sackey in their game against Gorilla.
