Africa-Press – Rwanda. Rwandan striker Meddie Kagere will continue his career with Tanzanian giants Simba SC.
Kagere had an option for a one-more year contract with the Lions which has been exercised and he is already dreaming big ahead of the coming campaign.
“My goals next season is to restore respect, I am fit to help the team do great things next season,” Kagere told Tanzanian publication Sokaactive
Kagere, 35, was Simba’s top scorer in the league last season with eight goals despite not being a starter as he also banged in another seven in cup games.
He joined Simba from Kenyan outfit Gor Mahia in 2018 and has been the club’s top scorer in the last four years.
