Africa-Press – Rwanda. The Youth Racing Cup returns to Nyamirambo on Saturday, March 16.
The competition will attract young cyclists, boys and girls, aged between 11 to 19 years as part of ongoing efforts to unearth potential cyclists and grooming them for future local and international competitions.
Participants will compete in various age groups and within specific durations. The U11s will ride for a duration of 15 minutes, U13s for 20 minutes, U15s will have 30 minutes of ride. The U17s will compete on a 45-minute ride and an hour for the U19s.
The inaugural edition of the Youth Racing Cup took place in Bugesera District in July 2023. The last time the competition took place in Nyamirambo was in December 2023.
