Africa-Press – Rwanda. All roads will Saturday, June 3, lead to Huye Stadium, with eternal rivals Rayon Sports and APR FC set to lock horns in the Peace cup final.
Games between the two prosperous clubs in Rwanda have always been keenly contested and the encounter this weekend will certainly be no exception.
With a glittering trophy, a cash prize, bragging rights and a place in the CAF Confederation Cup at stake, the game will certainly be a must-watch encounter.
Both teams are of real quality and they showed it in their two league games this season which ended 1-0 in favor of either side.
Times Sport takes a look at five players who could decide the highly-anticipated final clash.
Leandre Onana (Rayon Sports)
Arguably the best player in the league this season, Onana finished the Primus National Premier League as the top scorer and in relation to the Peace Cup, he has already scored eight goals from the quarter finals up to this time.

Onana has been very consistent and Rayon has always excelled anytime the Cameroonian has a good day. Whether he operates from the flanks or as a central striker, the APR defenders must be at their best to stop him.
One moment of brilliance from Onana can decide the outcome of the game.
Winning the Peace Cup for Rayon Sports would undoubtedly be the best way to bid farewell to the club he played for the past two seasons as he gears for a sensational move to Tanzanian Premier League side Simba.
Innocent Nshuti (APR)
Since scoring in the Peace Cup semifinals against Kiyovu, Nshuti has been in a rich vein of form, banging in goals for fun.

He netted a hat-trick against Rwamagana City in the league and was also on target last weekend as APR beat Gorilla 2-1 to win the title.
A very talented attacker who can operate anywhere across the front line, Nshuti is deadly in aerial balls as well as in the opponent box. Blues’ defense has been poor and the in-form forward could have a filled day and expose them in front of watchful thousands of traveling fans inside the Stadium.
Joackim Ojera (Rayon Sports)
A key player in Rayon’s three-man attack, the Ugandan forward can operate from either the left or right side of attack.

Ojera is skillful, has pace and, above all, has an eye for goal from every angle. It will be interesting to see how Omborenga Fitina or Christian Ishimwe manage to cope with his attacking threats.
A single run from Ojera to the APR vital area can cause havoc if he is let loose.
Omborenga Fitina (APR)
With skipper Djabel Manishimwe not getting adequate playing time, Omborenga has taken the mantle as the leader of the team and has done a great job by motivating the players even if they are down.

The Rwanda international has also been one of Ben Moussa’s best players this season and Saturday’s final could be the best way to prove doubters wrong.
His pace, surging runs down the right-flank, incisive crosses, his ability to track back and defend has been excellent.
If Nshuti and Yannick Bizimana always hung around the Rayon penalty box, they could score a couple of goals from Fitina’s crosses.
Christian Ishimwe (APR)
The hero in the semifinals second leg 2-1 win over Kiyovu, the left-back has been instrumental to the fortunes of the military side.

Ishimwe assisted Nshuti’s opening goal before popping up to score the winner with a ferocious left footer which secured APR the ticket to the final.
Ishimwe is also a dead ball expert as he has netted a couple of goals this season from free kicks.
