Africa-Press – Rwanda. Mukura Victory Sports winger Samuel Pimpong faces approximately a month on the sidelines through a thigh injury.
Pimpong tore his thigh muscle in a training session with Mukura VS prior to their trip to Rubavu for their league game against Rutsiro FC on Sunday, November 24. They lost the game 3-0 through a hat trick from Yves Habimana.
The left footed winger undertook a scan on his injury on Tuesday, November 26, which showed that that he has a muscle tear.
Pimpong will miss the game with Marines FC, the local derby with Amagaju, the away game with APR but could be back to face either Bugesera on December 18 or Rayon on December 21.
