Africa-Press – Rwanda. Dieudonné Mutuyimana will be the only Rwandan referee at the upcoming African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024.
The tournament, which features home-based players representing their national teams, will take place from August 2 to 30. It will be co-hosted for the first time by three East African countries: Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
Mutuyimana, popularly known as “Dodos,” is among the 26 referees selected by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for the tournament. He will serve as an assistant referee.
An international referee since 2018, Mutuyimana has officiated in several continental and international competitions.
