Africa-Press – Rwanda. Both Police FC and Rayon Sports continue to endure difficult runs in the 2025–26 Rwanda Premier League, with inconsistent performances costing them valuable points.

Police FC’s struggles persisted on Saturday after a 2–1 defeat to Amagaju FC, extending their winless streak and further denting their early title ambitions. The law enforcers, coached by Ben Moussa, have now won only one game in the last 10 outings.

Rayon Sports also dropped crucial points, settling for a goalless draw against Gicumbi FC at Kigali Pele Stadium. The Blues looked blunt in attack and failed to create clear scoring chances.

The result adds to a worrying run of form for Rayon, who have managed just one win in their last six league matches—against Gasogi United.

With 43 points, Rayon Sports sit fourth on the table, six points behind second-placed APR FC, while Al Hilal SC lead the standings with 54 points. Gicumbi, meanwhile, are 12th with 26 points.

The Blues played the match without new head coach Francis Haringingo who joined the club earlier this week. His currently restricted from coaching pending his license which Rwanda FA said won’t be issued until his contractual dispute with former club Kiyovu Sports is addressed.

Other results

Elsewhere, Al Merrikh SC were held to a goalless draw by Rutsiro FC, while Bugesera FC cruised to a dominant 3–0 victory over Etincelles FC.
