Africa-Press – Rwanda. Colombian rider Jonathan Restrepo of Drone Hopper Androni Gio put on a spectacular performance on Tuesday to clinch his first ever Tour du Rwanda stage three win.
Seth Hakizimana was the best Rwandan rider but finished in 23rd place, 31 seconds behind the winner.
Meanwhile for stage four tomorrow, riders will race from Kigali to Gicumbi.
