Africa-Press – Senegal. Le directeur général de la Comptabilité publique et du Trésor, Cheikh Tidiane Diop, a assuré lundi à Pikine (banlieue de Dakar) qu’il est en train de travailler de manière ‘’transparente et sincère’’ pour une prise en charge des préoccupations de ses agents.
« Together, we have all worked truthfully, transparently and sincerely for proper management of the professional and social concerns of Treasury workers », said Mr. Diop in particular.
The Director General of Public Accounting and the Treasury spoke on the sidelines of a meeting organized in the town of Pikine Ouest as part of the celebration of International Labor Day on the initiative of the Single Union of Treasury Workers (SUTT).
La rencontre est axée sur le thème : ‘’L’importance de l’engagement syndical dans l’Administration du Trésor’’.
Devant un parterre de travailleurs Cheikh Tidiane Diop a insisté sur les missions assignées aux agents de la Comptabilité publique et du Trésor au service du public et des usagers.
He expressed his “availability and his commitment to work in taking care of the social concerns” of his agents.
Mr. Diop also announced that the public authorities have started the construction of several infrastructures in the field of the treasury and accounting within the country which will “soon be received”.
