Africa-Press – Senegal. The Senegalese international defender of Paris Saint-Germain, Abdou Diallo, placed in the lot of the undesirables of the Ile-de-France club, will join the main group of PSG, report specialized media.

« PSG defender Abdou Diallo will leave the « loft » on Wednesday, a term used to designate undesirable and excluded players from the performance group, and join the main group of Luis Enrique, the Spanish coach of the Parisian club », reports RMC Sports, specialized site of the French radio of the same name.

For a few weeks, Diallo had been placed in the group of undesirables like Julian Draxler, Leandro Paredes or Kylian Mbappé.

« The Spanish technician is not against having one more central back available for the start of the season », continued RMC Sports, before pointing out that the Senegalese defender is one of the players to « watch out for ». ‘here the end of the transfer window’, since several clubs are interested in him.

Diallo, back from a loan to Leipzig, is tracked in particular by Betis Sevilla in Spain and Naples in Italy.

He is mainly followed by Al-Arabi SC in Qatar, where the Emir Tamim ben Hamad Al Thani would like to make him a flagship recruit, by offering him a record contract for a Qatar Stars League defender, advanced RMC.

Arriving at PSG in 2019 from Dortmund for around thirty million euros, Abdou Diallo is under contract with the Ile-de-France club until June 2024.
