Africa-Press – Senegal. The Kahi FC football team won the final of the regional football league in Kaffrine (center-west) on Wednesday, beating Bambouck FC (Koungheul) on the score of a goal to zero, noted an APS reporter on the spot.
In a feverish atmosphere at the El Hadji Babacar Gaye stadium in Kafrine, the supporters of the two teams competed fiercely to push their club to final victory.
The 22 players started the match with a bang. Thus in the seventh minute of play, Kahi FC striker Pape Demba Ndao, is at the conclusion of a good sequence of play by deceiving the vigilance of the goalkeeper of the opposing team.
It will be the only goal of the meeting despite the attacks from both sides. The Koungheul team multiplied the initiatives to try to equalize, but their attackers came up against the goalkeeper of the opposing team whose saving exits, reflex stops and beautiful parades seduced the lovers of the round ball.
Kahi FC is thus champion of the regional league of Kaffrine during a fiercely contested final in front of a large audience and territorial authorities.
