Africa-Press – Senegal. L’équipe du Burkina Faso des moins de 17 ans a pris la troisième place de la Coupe d’Afrique des nations de la catégorie, en battant le Mali, 2-1 , samedi à Alger.
Le Mali, vainqueur à deux reprises de cette compétition (2015-2017), termine à la quatrième place.
The Burkinabè opened the scoring in the 26th minute on a penalty, thanks to Cheick Camara. Apollinaire Bougma doubled the lead at the start of the second period (47th min). Mamadou Doumbia reduced the score in the 58th minute for Mali.
The winner of CAN 2011 finally won, winning the small final.
The final will oppose Senegal to Morocco, this Friday at 9 p.m. GMT, at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Algiers.
