Africa-Press – Seychelles. Court of Appeal opens second term for the year
The Court of Appeal yesterday opened its second term for the year, with eight cases listed for hearing.
Of them, one arises from a constitutional matter, while another stemmed from a criminal matter. Six civil cases were also listed for this term, although the court was informed during the roll call yesterday that the parties involved had agreed to a consent judgment in one case.
