Africa-Press – Seychelles. Seychelles not qualified for the final
The Seychelles dance team does not qualify for the final of the Danse de Création competition.
Despite a wonderful performance from our Seychellois – Denis Rose, Ronny Marengo and Yanick Ernesta – the other teams were even stronger.
Our dance team was among the semi-finalists among 17 countries. Talking with the artists, they say they did their best in their performance but the other teams were very good.
The results for the painting competition are in and the ranking is as follows: first position Madagascar, second position Senegal, and third position went to Congo.
Our Seychellois artist Ryan Chetty was at his first participation in the Games of La Francophonie. So far no medal for the Seychelles.
