‘Matilda: The Musical’, with a book by Dennis Kelly and music and lyrics by Tim Minchin, is based on the Roald Dahl book, ‘Matilda’. A children’s novel that was published in 1988, it became notable in years thereafter with movies and many stage productions.
The cast and crew of this ISS production worked extremely hard to create this show, through countless hours of rehearsals and preparation. The effort and commitment of the incredible cast for the months leading up to the performances has been phenomenal. Under the direction of
Miss Leah Fisher (Teacher of Drama and Music at the International School Seychelles, and Production Director), the students immersed themselves into creating this captivating and marvellous world of Matilda.

support along the way, I am extremely grateful and proud of everything they have done. I am so proud of each and every one of my students for their dedication and talent to make the show an exciting and enjoyable experience.”
