Africa-Press – Seychelles. L’Ecole Française des Seychelles (EFS) a fait sa grande rentrée 2022-2023 jeudi et vendredi dernier.
Dressed in their blue, white and red uniforms, the children were accompanied by their parents while the adults were eager to meet their friends after two months of vacation.
The head of EFS, Christophe Consigny shared with our newspaper that the school had a slight increase in the number of students and it exceeded 320 students for 310 last year.
For this year, Monsieur Consigny adds that “we have worked a lot in the past year with the pilotage team around a real adaptation of learning to the individual needs of children and young people through a project approach in particular. We have recruited teachers who adhere to this approach. These first days show a real new dynamic.
“Today, we must implement the pedagogical and educational orientations: strengthen the mastery of French for each of the students, propose varied educational and cultural paths and ensure to each of the users, young people and parents, a quality of reception and reception in charge of a very good level as required by the AEFE”, said the head of the establishment.
