Africa-Press – Seychelles. Jean Paul Almaze of Belvédère has won the star prize – a Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder SUV from GTL Motors – of the Regatta50 lottery.
The draw took place on Sunday evening towards the end of the three-day event which attracted a big crowd at Beau Vallon.
This year’s proceedings will go towards the family park at the Beau Vallon site, to give back to what the area has given the Round Table in the past.
The first prize – Yamaha RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid 2023 Scooter – sponsored by GTL Motors, went to Nathan Hoareau of St Louis. Remie Auguste clinched the second prize – 2 nights full board basis – sponsored by North Island.
The third prize – an iphone 14 Pro Max 256GB – sponsored by Cable & Wireless went to Jose St Ange.
To help raise money, a total of 65,660 tickets were on sale at R25 each.
Other prizes include: 2 nights at North Island, 12-month supply of Takamaka rum, Samsung TV, smart phone, Mac book, helicopter ride with Zil Air, shopping vouchers, sunset cruise for 15 people, return business trip to any Air Seychelles destination and so much more
