Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. The Electoral Committee of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has announced the qualified candidates for the upcoming SLFA Ordinary Congress elections, scheduled for August 2, 2025.
The announcement follows a thorough nomination and vetting process that concluded on June 15, 2025.
The committee received nominations for various positions, including President, Vice President 1, and Vice President 2, during a 10-day window that opened on June 5. Each application was reviewed against the eligibility requirements outlined in Article 25, paragraph 3, and Article 32, paragraphs 4 & 5 of the SLFA Statutes.
