The new parliamentary system is designed to tackle issues that impact all member states, promoting collaboration on development projects and bilateral initiatives. It will further serve as a conflict resolution platform, aiming to enhance regional stability and cooperation.
The Speaker of Sierra Leone’s Parliament, Hon. Segepoh Thomas, was reportedly awarded the title of Best Speaker in recognition of his leadership in this initiative.
