Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. Francis Ben Kaifala, the Commissioner of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) of Sierra Leone, has been listed among the 100 Most Influential Young Africans of 2025.
The list is compiled by the Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation.
The recognition is part of the “League of Exceptionals 2025,” which includes young leaders from across the continent. The Foundation received nearly 5,000 nominations from 52 African countries. After a review process, 100 individuals were selected from 26 countries.
This year’s list includes 51% male and 49% female honorees, showing a rise in female representation compared to the 2024 edition.
Francis Ben Kaifala has been serving as Sierra Leone’s ACC Commissioner since 2018. He has been involved in legal and governance reforms, and in efforts to strengthen public institutions.
The Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation is known for recognizing young Africans who are making contributions in entrepreneurship, public service, activism, education, and other sectors.
