Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. Sixty Business Women who are members of two Village Savings Groups in Kailahun have shared a Le 78 Million Profit they made from the Irish Aid support they received last year.

According to popular Sierra Leonean Blogger, Myk Berewa, these women received support from Irish Aid a year ago, to mobilize monies, invest loans into micro-business & agriculture activities and save profits.

With lots of efforts and hard work, they were able to make seventy eight (78) million Leones which is equivalent to $6,200.

To show appreciation, be accountable and motivate others, these women shared their success to Sierra Leoneans.
