Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. The Pujehun District Council, on 8 March 2026, convened its first bi-monthly District Development Coordination Committee (DDCC) meeting for the year, covering the period from January to March 2026.
The DDCC meeting brought together a wide range of district stakeholders, including government ministries, development partners both national and international sector representatives, and members of the public. The platform continues to serve as a vital mechanism for coordination, information sharing, and collaborative planning within the district.
During the session, participants provided updates on their ongoing and planned activities, highlighting key achievements as well as challenges encountered in the course of implementation.
