Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. The President of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Babadi Kamara, has engaged officials of Leone Afric Metals Limited in discussions aimed at fostering a potential partnership to support football development in Sierra Leone.

The meeting, held at the SLFA Secretariat in Kingtom, Freetown, formed part of President Kamara’s broader effort to rebuild corporate confidence and attract sponsorship for football activities across the country.

Representing Leone Afric Metals Limited were Mr. Zhong Lei (President), Mr. Jianhua Xu (Chief Executive Officer), and Mr. Gong Wei (Assistant to the CEO).

During the engagement, Mr. Zhong Lei expressed appreciation for the opportunity to meet with the SLFA leadership and conveyed the company’s willingness to collaborate with the football association in advancing the sport’s growth and sustainability.

In response, SLFA President Kamara welcomed the positive interest shown by the company and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to forging credible and productive partnerships that would contribute to the transformation of Sierra Leonean football.

The engagement concluded with a tour of the SLFA Academy facilities, where the visiting delegation was briefed on ongoing development programs.
