Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. A disturbing fire incident on Monday 1st January, claimed the lives of two children at the One Mile area, in Lunsar, Northern Sierra Leone.
The two children of the same family who were said to be locked in a room, were burnt beyond recognition.
According to eyewitnesses, the mother of the victims left the home for prayers just to come back and see their home completely razed by fire.
They said the mother locked the children in their room and left for prayers. According to them, she was not speaking with her co-tenants.
The children who were burnt beyond recognition are said to be two sweet boys.
