Africa-Press – South-Africa. The African National Congress (ANC) is facing fresh financial turmoil after its bank accounts were reportedly frozen in connection with a long-running legal dispute.
The case stems from an R85 million debt owed to Ezulweni Investments for printing campaign materials.
The latest development raises renewed concerns about the party’s financial management.
“How can we as South Africans trust a political party that cannot do its own governance, but we trust them with the entire fiscus of South Africa into the trillions of rands,” asks independent political analyst Asanda Ngoasheng.
