Africa-Press – South-Africa. Basic education minister Angie Motshekga made an impression on many people with her colourful outfit during the class of 2023 matric exams results announcement on Thursday.
The 2023 pass rate was 82.9%, 2.8% up from 80.1% the year before. Motshekga announcing the results did not go unnoticed, as she was dressed in a striking multicoloured traditional-themed dress and a “doek”.The doek was nicely wrapped, putting the spotlight on her face.
“Whoever tied Angie Motshekga’s doek yesterday [Thursday] needs to give us a tutorial,” TV personality Claire Mawisa said.
Fashion designer Keletso Moraba revealed his company K.Moraba&Collective was behind the outfit.
