That’s the view shared by Public Prosecutions Director, Shamila Batohi, at the 6th Annual General Meeting of the Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities of Africa. However, the gathering heard that international cooperation in criminal matters is often disjointed, ineffective and increasingly reactive.
